Dalmia Bharat’s subsidiary forms AMPL Green City Solutions for waste management projects As on : 17-Sep-26 22:54
Dalmia Bharat Limited announced that its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Ascension Mercantile Private Limited, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, AMPL Green City Solutions Private Limited, allotting 10,000 equity shares at par on September 17, 2026, to pursue waste management and recycling initiatives.
